Monkey's Haircut

Monkey wanted to get her hair cut the same time that Bug did. But I told her that she needed to wait till after she got baptized so she could have her hair braided so we wouldn't have to worry about her hair not going all the way under the water. So, as soon as she was baptized we remembered that she wanted to get it cut. So we chopped it off. Thanks for the haircut Aim. It's really cute how it turned out :)

Family Pictures

We did a swap with my friend Aubrey for family pictures. I took pictures of her family and she took pics of mine. What is it about family pictures that brings disaster of attitude. I guess it's the fact that you're trying to look all happy and perfect for a picture and guess what..life isn't always like that. Oh well. Being a photographer I know that we're not the only ones where this happens. I was trying my very best not to be devil mama and be yelling at my kids for crying and being onery. Cause I didn't want to yell at them and then turn around and act totally happy. I think that's so fake. Anyway, I'm pretty happy with how they turned out..even though Monkey has red eyes from crying and Bug has got a smolder on her face that could kill someone. HAHA. It's the memories right? Thanks for putting up with my "happy" family Aubrey :)

Outdoor movie night on the tablet

We had a movie night in our backyard on our tablet. HAHA. It was fun. Our neighbors were having a family reunion and let the girls come over and get some popcorn and cotton candy. I love summer :)
